Can you keep a secret? So can we! Our founder is currently on leave for military service, we will share his details once he returns. He is the kind of strategist you want in your corner when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight. A Navy Veteran and Reservist with over 15 years of experience in defense and intelligence, with expertise he also brings calm, clarity, and a deep respect for the mission.
Megan has built her career helping the government do better - for Veterans, for families, and for the future of public health. She’s led life-saving contracts, stood up federal innovation ecosystems, and worked across nearly every major health agency (VA, NIH, HHS, CMS, AHRQ). With a background in epidemiology and a mind for systems, Megan is the rare leader who can zoom out to redesign a program and zoom in to fine-tune the metrics. She’s relentlessly strategic, obsessed with impact, and always up for turning good ideas into scalable solutions.
Fiona, Chief Morale Officer
At 17, Fiona is the gray-gloved matriarch of the home office. A rescue with Russian Blue elegance and firm opinions about snack schedules, she serves as Chief Morale Officer and resident enforcer of work-life balance. Known for her well-timed desk visits and power naps, Fiona keeps the team grounded (and occasionally covered in fur). She also plays a reluctant but wise auntie to the family’s many foster kittens—(barely) tolerating their chaos. She’s a steady presence behind every project and a reminder that quiet leadership counts.
